I Believe...
I have created this to share with you what I believe, and hopefully, you may share with me what you believe. We all believe in something that will make the world, our place of habitation (at least for now), a better place to live. We all believe something,
We believe something about ourselves,
We believe something about our families,
We believe something about our communities, countries, and continent,
And even the world.
I just read a tweet from Dr John C. Maxwell a couple of hours ago. Well, Dr Maxwell quoted a statement that read something like,
20% of communication is what you know, 80% of communication is how you feel about what you knowI may have not quoted this 100% correctly, but I am sure I got the sense, which I believe was along these lines.
I interpreted the quote this way:
Knowing what we believe in, and being able to express it, will make us effective agents of change because it more greatly influences the strength of our communication. When we begin to express more of what we ourselves believe, and not what we other people want us to believe, we become stronger. What we believe is about discovering the person within us and her/his aspirations. Communicating from that inner person unveils her/him to come out in the open and occupy the rightful and purposeful space in life to make contributions that no one else can make, to come up with ideas that no one else come up with, and for us to collectively create the community that no one person can create, a community that no one ever imagined.
I believe this for myself and I believe this for my Afrikan communities.Martin Luther King Jr. shared his belief, Ghandi shared his belief, Mandela shared his belief... All great men who have made an impact shared what they believed in.
I believe that:
A prosperous African Future lies in Entrepreneurs and Leaders who put delivering Value with Values first before Money... Do NOT miss the Value for the money.I believe that:
The solutions to some of our greatest problems lie in the hands of innovators who INNOVATE with PASSIONWhat do you believe?
